To place an online order follow these instructions |

Continue Searching and Add more items or click on Checkout. |
| 4. At
Checkout fill in the order form and hit Calculate Totals |
| 5.
Check over information and totals and if
everything looks fine hit Submit Order to
complete the transaction. |
