As they develop a sense of their own identity, kids naturally compare themselves to others. And they are quick to tease, put down, or even reject those who are different. Getting them to see differences as the spark that makes life special and interesting is an on-going challenge. Portraying kids who come from different cultures, have different physical attributes, and different interests, this program builds respect and helps viewers appreciate themselves and others.
