This program describes physical, motor, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial characteristics and considerations for neonates, infants and toddlers.

After viewing this program the learner should be able to:
*Describe the importance of age-specific care for neonates, infants, and toddlers
*Explain cultural and language differences that exist among patient populations
*Describe age-specific care, nursing considerations and safety measures for neonates (birth to 28 days), younger infants (4 weeks to 6 months) and older infants (6 months to 1 year), and toddlers (1 year to 3 years)
