Middle schoolers can be very hard on each other. Quite often what begins as taunting and teasing can evolve into some pretty brutal harassment. This program presents vignettes that make clear to young viewers what behaviors go beyond the normally obnoxious and constitute harassment. Real students talk about their own experiences with this kind of behavior. By interweaving expert advice with real-life situations, viewers learn skills that will help them to respond to and prevent putdowns, taunts, insults, bullying, and the negative effects of gossip.
