While most middle schoolers want desperately to be thought of as "popular", few think about the price they might have to pay to get into or remain in the "popular crowd". This program follows the stories of four young teens faced with situations where they grapple with the issues arising from the dynamics of popularity. Age-appropriate dramatized sequences show middle school age viewers how old friendships can be strained or even destroyed over popularity issues and how trying to buy your way into the in-crowd often backfires.
