This positive video shows real young people making their choice - health! The program is specially designed for children and young people who are already overweight. It gives them the tools they need to make everyday lifestyle choices that will help them achieve a weight that's healthy for them. Young people will learn ways to: Make healthy food choices; Recognize their natural hunger and fullness cues; Differentiate between high-fat, high-sugar foods and low-fat, low-sugar foods; Identify and handle "high-risk" situations; Add physical activity to the daily routine; and, Set realistic goals.
