This program uses realistic situations to demonstrate a basic five-step process to setting goals and reaching them. Youngsters learn how setting higher goals is possible, and in the end, more satisfying.

Ashley and Stephanie hope to get their names in the paper by selling the most chocolate bars for the school fundraiser. Using the five-step plan for setting and meeting goals, they sell more candy and raise more money than they expected. However, they still lose out to a boy who sells more. They learn that aiming high and participating is more important than winning.
