HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGES SERIES (5 Programs)

This motivational series will help you address the healthy lifestyle changes that "aging baby boomers" in particular may need to make in order to avoid or minimize looming health problems. Drawing on the stages of change theory, these videos will help people of all ages make lasting changes, finding and using their own reasons for change. Each program emphasizes gradual and permanent lifestyle change over the "quick fix". While created as a series, each video program can be used independently.

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGES
An overview to making healthy lifestyle changes, this program gets viewers to think about their reasons for changing. It helps them determine their own long-term goals and use short-term goals to achieve them. It also helps viewers identify barriers to change and anticipate obstacles along the way. It suggests people keep written records, reward themselves (but not with food and drink), and not be discouraged by setbacks. 14 minutes
