SHARE YOUR FEELINGS, USE YOUR WORDS - DVD
Children's feelings are very real, but all too often they find themselves unable to put these feelings into words. With the help of an appealing puppet host, engaging scenarios, and catchy song lyrics, this program encourages the youngest students to speak out about how they feel and what they want.
Chelsea gets mad and starts a fight because Mark and Ellen don't want to share their chalk with her. Upset because his friends can't read his mind and know what he's thinking, Jake walks off in anger. Becka's refusal to admit why she fears going on a family vacation threatens to cancel the trip. All three discover that by putting their feelings into words, "good things will come about".
After viewing this program students will understand the importance of telling how they feel, realize that putting their feelings into words is the best way to be heard and recognize that sharing feelings helps everyone get along better.
