This program explores a range of areas relevant to starting at a new workplace, including what a new employee should consider and prepare for and ways in which workplaces are typically set up to ensure a smooth induction for new staff. It also covers preparation by the employee, inductions, getting to know your workmates, troubleshooting and surviving the first week.
