STRESS: You Can Handle It! Student Workshop
Middle schoolers have reason to feel stressed. They are suddenly asked to meet many more expectations - both academic and social; their bodies are changing at an alarming rate; their desire for independence is in direct conflict with their wish to avoid responsibility; and they often lack the skills to cope with the pressure and emotions in their daily lives.
This hands-on workshop is designed to give teens the specific skills they need to reduce the stress in their everyday lives by demonstrating practical strategies they can use.
