Middle school viewers learn that taking responsibility for anger is the first step toward handling it constructively. Follows the stories of three troubled youngsters as they discover the source of their behavior, unacknowledged and unresolved anger. Poorly handled anger can cause depression, drug abuse, and other acting-out behaviors that may result in damage to their self-esteem, strained personal relationships, and poor academic performance. Viewers discover that they are responsible for their own anger, and how they choose to react to it is up to them.

Interesting age-relevant scenarios examine blaming others, jealousy, parental divorce, substance abuse and self-injury very effectively.
